General Terms & Conditions
To shop at Royabel.com, you must have a valid credit card that we accept. You can read which payment cards we accept further down the page.
Upon completing an order, you will receive a receipt for reception of your order as well as an order confirmation with the relevant information. Once the order confirmation has been received from Royabel, a binding purchase agreement has been entered into.
All prices are quoted in DKK (Danish kroner) and are inclusive of VAT.
Royabel reserves the right to cancel an order due to typos, technical issues, products being sold out or similar.
Payment
When purchasing at Royabel, you can use the following payment cards.

Payment will be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All payments are made via a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that encrypts all card information, which means that your payment information is secured and can not be read by an outside party. Royabel's website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Sold out products
We take reservations for sold out items. If you can not find the desired quantity in the basket, it is because the required quantity is not in stock. You are always welcome to contact us to hear how long the product is waiting and whether it is possible to preorder a product.
Shipping and delivery
Your order will be shipped with GLS. Delivery time complies with GLS general guidelines, usually within 2-5 business days.
At Royabel we strive to send your delivery as soon as possible. 1-5 days after your orders have been received, your package will be shipped. This does not apply to products that are not in stock or at pre-orders. In these cases you will be informed about the delay on the product.

Shipping costs are 39DKK. Free shipping on purchase over 499DKK.
Cancellation and return
You have 14 days of right of withdrawal of goods purchased in the webshop.
Cancellation must be notified to info@royabel.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and the goods must be received by Royabel within 14 days after we are informed of your use of the cancellation right. Return costs you must pay, it is possible to purchase a return label for 39kr. See below.
Note you can not undo by just refusing receipt of the item. Upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You also bear the risk of the goods from your receipt of the goods, until the product has been delivered securely to Royabel.

The condition of the product when you return it
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words, you can try or look at the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value. Be careful not to remove tags / hang tags or labels if you are considering reverting your purchase as these are considered a part of the item and thus the value of the item. Royabel will only evaluate any impairment.
Once the item is received from us, you will get the purchase amount / the value of the goods back. We will refund your payment within 14 days. In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted. We make the refund to the same card that you used for the original transaction.
Note, Royabel can not be held responsible for lost return packages.
Warranty
Complaints about defects must be notified to Royabel within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. We recommend complaining as soon as possible and no later than 2 months after the error has been detected. It is the buyer's duty to display the error. You can do this by contacting info@royabel.com. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or after agreement crediting.
In accordance with the Code of Conduct, you are granted a 24 month warranty on all goods as a consumer when you trade with Royabel. Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
Appeals
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact Royabel at info@royabel.com. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant board in the area if the conditions for this are met. See also www.forbrug.dk.

To make a purchase with Royabel, we need some personal information such as name, address, email and (phone number). We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you.
The personal data are registered with Royabel, CVR no. 38 84 92 20, and stored for 5 years from the end of the relevant financial year after which the information is deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent.
